No: Steam sauna or any prolonged exposure to hot water/steam is very bad for the skin and should be avoided. These hot environments strips the skin of much needed moisture and leave your skin feeling dry. This is especially bad if you suffer from eczema. Take quick lukewarm showers and avoid harsh/drying cleansers. Make sure to moisturize with fragrant-free moisturizers like Vanicream or Cetaphil.
