Which one is better for a 72 year old man, denture bridge or an implant?

Implant: It depends on many factors, such as quality of bone, etc. But all things being equal and if the clinical factors are appropriate i would want an implant.

Implant: Dental implant, regardless of age, is a better overall choice than a bridge to replace a lost tooth. Bridgework involves grinding at least two adjacent teeth to support the missing tooth replacement where an implant actually replaces the missing tooth without involving adjacent teeth. Studies are showing longer lasting success with implants compared to bridgework.

Implant: All else being equal, the implant is the best. Better function, longer lasting, fixed into the jaw (not removable). At our center (by design dental implant center) we always recommend the implant option if possible. Better quality of life with this treatment.

Implant: Even if you only can afford an implant supported denture, it will work better than a soft tissue supported denture.
