Not sure...: Do you mean a cardiac arrest in the operating room? Do you mean transient hypoxia or respiratory depression after surgery? Heart disease or lung disease can predispose a person to difficulties with surgery or anesthesia. Her doctors would be in a much better position to tell you what occurred.
