?viral?: It seems there is a disconnect between your symptoms and surgery.Post op urgency does occur in about 30% of females, but it's self-limited, and not due to the abscence of the gallbladder. With vomiting and diarhea, assoc with fatigue, i suspect this may be viral. If so will resolve in 5-9 days.Stay hydrated, rest, take in nourishment, and keep in touch with your md.Good luck.
