Not sure...: That dilated pupil is related to hydrocodone. Narcotic pain medication is not related to pupillary reaction that i know of. Call your family doctor for an evaluation.

Other causes: Try to look in your eyes when light is bright. You can see how the size will change. The side effect should resolve within 24 hours, make sure that it is not scopolamine patch or other medicine which you took recently. Always consult your doctor.

Dilation: Hydrocodone causes pupils to constrict, not dilate. The effect should be gone in a few hours.
