Had pupils dilated for exam today and noticed rainbow halos around lights afterward. still seeing halos though no longer rainbow. is that normal?

Yes: You dilated eye can not focus well at the distance. The dilation will last up to 4-6 hours. If the dilating drop was a long acting it may last 24-48 hours. The halo will go away after dilation. If it will persist please call your eye doc.
