I woke up to a bunch of tiny pimples on my face, lips and neck. i am 41 and never had break outs when i was younger, what is this?

Sure its pimples?: It's kind of strange that you wake up one day and have a pimples on your face, lips, and neck. It doesn't sound like typical acne. Have you started any new meds? I'd be more suspicious of a reaction to a lotion, soap or perfume, even a drug reaction. Sometimes viral infections can cause skin rashes that mistake for something else. This is something i'd probably have your doctor check out.
