Warm compresses: Probably a soft tissue infection. Young guys get these because bacteria are able to invade beard hairs. Put warm compresses on it. If it seems to be a deep infection interfering with breathing (and you will know) or you develop a fever, get seen. If it is not resolving within a week get with your physician.
