I have a pineal cyste in my head and the size of this cyste is 11 mm . i want to ask about treatment?

Rarely does a pineal gland cyst cause headaches or any other symptoms. In most cases, no treatment is necessary for a pineal gland cyst." but, one should follow-up closely with the neurologist, in case the cyst changes or grows big enough to press on other brain structures.
