For months i have experienced almost daily, debilitating head pressure with nausea, neck pain and vision changes. my ct scan did not show anything but mri shows 11mm pineal cyst. why would this not show up on the ct? could this cause my symptoms?

NOT at all, your pineal cyst has nothing to do with your symptoms. You have chronic daily headaches perhaps secondary to the use of medication, and might benefit by preventively treating for migraine.
