On 9-26-12, my neck was injured and i heard it crack. the pain is getting worse after a sprained neck was diagnosed. jaw and back now hurt. why?!

Need workup: Neck pain which radiates must be diagnosed properly. No quick answer. An MRI may be helpful. The jaw must also alert to possible temporo mandibular joint injury.
