I have been having intermittent swelling of the lymphnodes on my head, behind ears recent swelling of rue and abnormal hilar chest xr. sarcoidosis?

Need to see Doc.: Lymph nodes enlargement, swelling of rue, abnormal hilar shadow on cxr may suggest sarcoidosis, however, rue swelling is not a finding of sarcoidosis. Other serious conditions needs to be excluded like hodgkins, and non-hodgkins lymphoma and cancer. Ct scan of chest would be better at confirming hilar and mediastinal lypmh nodes. Lung specialist evaluation may be necessary if so.

Was diagnose with Pulmonary sarcoidosis in 2004, just had a ct done and it states Unremarkable noncontrast Ct scan of the chest. No specific evidence of Sarcoidosis in the chest. No pathologic axillary or hilar lymphadenopathy by ct size criteria. ?
