All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is neither diagnostic of anything nor does it exclude anything. Wish you good health!

Both lymphoma and sarcoidosis remain possible, a lymph node biopsy may be needed to seal a diagnosis, your doctor remains best to place lab results in proper clinical context.
