Sarcoid is serious: We're near-neighbors. It should be possible to have you seen by the umkc team without this being financially ruinous. It's important not to overtreat sarcoidosis, and it's also important to find whether your pain is really due to sarcoidosis or to something else.

Call doctor's office: Usually, you can call a few doctor's offices and find one that will give you a walk-in appointment, or at least an appointment within a few days. Of course, if your pain is severe, you can seek temporary help in the er, but the er doc can't fully treat your sarcoidosis. Perhaps you have moved or your previous doctor retired. You need to find a new doctor.
