No: There are many things that can cause chest pain, but the sarcoidosis is not at the top of my list. Any unexplained chest pain deserves to be evaluated, even if it's so that your doctor can reassure you. An appointment with your doctor is your next step. If there is shortness of breath, pain with deep breath, leg swelling or other symptoms with it, go to the ER now.
