Is the radiologyst suppose to review all the images of an us to make a report, or just the areas that the tech considered suspicious?

All: The radiologist reviews all of the images that the technologist obtains. Of course, the radiologist is limited to seeing only the images the technologist gets. So if the tech misses something, then the radiologist will also miss it.
