Sprained ankle 1 wk ago, can walk w/o pain but pressing = still tender. radiologist said my talus looks "uneven" but the image wasn't clear. broken?

Possibly yes. Do --: Keep with no weight bearing with crutches, on the affected side, till its confirmed the talus is not broken. Its treatment can be prolonged but also results can be compromised by walking on it, ie without protecting the ankle/foot by use of crutches or a walker or a roll-about)). A ct or MRI might be needed to confirm the diagnosis. See an orthopod, if there is any doubt re: diagnosis. Good luck.

Talus: Any time the talus "looks uneven " further studies are needed to rule out / confirm fracture. As has been said - stay non weightbearing until you know . Good luck.

Have it evaluated: You may benefit with a ct or an MRI if the x-rays are questionable.
