Depends: You can always ask for a review but it's unlikely that something was missed. The "black dot" could be your carotid or something not clinically important and didn't need mentioning. But if you're worry, talk to your doc.

4 years ago radiologist scanned thyroid after tech didn't see anything. Saw 3mm hypoechoic thyroid nodule that "was mild on real time transmission" and "was probably a complex cyst". He said I didn't need a follow up ultrasound unless Dr feels it.ok?
