Had a urine test come back positive for uti had it redone and negative feeling pain in back and stomach and ribs, nausea, weakness what could it be?

Pyelonephritis?: There is not enough information here to establish a diagnosis and would also need a physical exam and labs, but you symptoms are not incompatible with kidney infection. This could be quite severe, and suggest you get to a doctor asap.
