Viral infection : Sounds like a viral infection, COVID19 or other. (Re?)check coronavirus assay. Also Influenza assay. If going on > 1 wk, check with Infectious Diseases doc. Many possibilities but viral infection sounds most likely

I just got my blood test results back after having weakness, crazy fatigue and chest pain since covid in July. had a Ct done of lungs and brain was normal, my blood tests are all normal except my CO2 was 21 and my creatinine was .58. should i worry?
