Maybe interstitial c: we don't generally treat UTI based on urinary yet test did you a lot of times based on symptoms despite the fact that you have a negative urine

Treat Anyway: You may have a noon-infectious cystitis, but regardless, in my practice we would treat for both. Urine tests can be wrong.
