UTI: It never hurts to ask. Call the doctor's office and tell them what is going on and let them decide if you need to be seen again. If you in fact have upper urinary tract infection (pyelonephritis or worse) then Cephalexin (keflex) may not be the most effective therapy. Would be very appropriate to either go again or call and discuss. Good luck.
