Normal rise: What you are describing is a normal bhcg rising pattern. With most normal pregnancies the bhcg should increase by 66% every 48 hrs. So far your levels are doing that. An ectopic is definitively ruled out until a sonogram shows a pregnancy inside the uterus. Your bhcg levels are very encouraging for a normal pregnancy.

Bhcg doubles in 48 h: At the point you are at, the HCG should double every 48 hrs. Yours is doing that. Would follow until HCG is 1500 and then do a sonogram. You should see a gestational sac in the uterus by then; if not, suspect an ectopic. Good luck!
