Normal women occasionally skip a menses. Ectopic pregnancies produce the same hormones that turn pregnancy tests positive. Your symptoms likely represent a random gut virus and are unrelated. If you were pregnant from the cited exposure your tests would be positive if done correctly.

I took a blood test approximately 4 weeks after intercourse, or 3 weeks after my first missed period. The b-hcg blood test was negative. I read ectopic pregnancy have a delay in producing b-hcg test. Was the blood test taken early ? Missed 2 perisos?
