Yes: If you can get a part of the remmanent of the cyst to a pathologist, s/he will be able to diagnose the lesion.

Yes: Yes, the cyst is a serous cystadenoma and it's a common enough condition. The concern here is if it's benign or malignant. Granted that the cyst tissue was excised and send to pathology, they should be able to process the tissue and give you a definitive answer.
