So mri report reads left ovary abnormal complex cystic area measuring 4.7 x 7.4 x 5.3 cm in size which is suspicious for an ovarian neoplasm such as a serous cystadenoma or other process. explanation please? we are trying for baby . complications?

The suggestion from the imaging study is for a benign tumor. It would be prudent to get it removed before undertaking pregnancy. It would be prudent to consult your gynecologist. Wish you good health!
