Clean up: When removing an ovarian cyst the goal is usually to remove the cyst without removing the entire ovary. Sometimes that is not possible. If the cyst ruptures then the doctor will irrigate the area and remove the fluid contained within it. For most benign ovarian cysts this is not going to cause a problem for the patient.

You keep asking: You seem to keep asking the same question in a different way. Seems like you need to chat with your surgeon. But the cyst can be drained at surgery, or removed at surgery. Talk with your surgeon - you are paying them to do this and they need to answer your questions completely.
