Not likely: Unfortunately not likely given the gestational age. The only possibility would be if the baby she saw was much earlier in gestation (for example if your cycles are irregular and you are only 6 weeks gestation versus 11 weeks by your period), then perhaps something would be seen on followup. But if you are truly 11 weeks, then she should be able to see 2 babies at that point.

Doubtful : It would be unusual to find another fetus beyond 7-8 weeks.
