With twin pregnancy is it okay for one baby to move during ultrasound and the other not to at 11 weeks? both had strong heart beats (164 & 165) and measuring ahead. tech wasnt concerned?

US not focused long: 5 minutes is not long time to be focused on twin pregnancy. Don't worry not moving baby was likely taking a nap or a rest. You will notice that one baby, in any pair of twins, is often much active than the other. Good Luck with the pregnancy and the twins.
