Be selective: Holidays are for renewal of the spirit and to be with friends and family. The food is not always the healthiest. Be selective. Eat bits and sample rather that piling it on the plate. Do not go to parties on an empty stomach. Eat a bit of food before. Alcohol is high in calories, too. So, be aware. Enjoy the season and be healthy. www.artofplasticsurgery.com.
