Chances are...: If partial meniscectomy was due to injury, chances are that further injury prevention and lower impact exercises like swimming and eating healthy will keep one supple and reduce the risk for osteoarthritis. But to say 'for the rest of one's life' when one is only 20yrs old will be stretching knowledge to guessing. Definitely wish you Good Health everyday
