Exercise: Learn the mediterranean diet and get a minimum of half hour of aerobic exercise a day and three times a week light weight work. If any symptoms arise check with your doctor. The aerobic exercise is better done daily, note the 'minimum' three days a week. Walking, jogging, swimming, treadmill, bike any aerobic exercise is good. A machine isn't an exercise machine if you don't use it, its furniture.

Exercise plan: First see your doc for a check up to make sure you are fit for any type of exercise. You can find a personal trainer at a local gym to create a plan specifically for you. Or consider running or power walking every other day for 20 minutes for a week or two and then daily for a few weeks, then gradually building up to about a hour a day when possible. Use earphones to prevent boredom. Peace.
