See below: Try to be active most days of the week. One hour of vigorous activity is recommended. Eat from all the food groups in moderation, with variety and balance. Include meat, chicken, fish, dairy, legumes, nuts seeds and whole grains. Aim for 5-7 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables a day.
