Sadly, it's easy: Having been there myself, i completely understand! you need a well-rounded plan that also addresses your caloric intake, an eating plan that gives you high nutrient content and not "empty" calories. There are some good apps out there you can use that allow you to program what you have eaten, the type of exercise you are doing and for how long. This will give you the information you need.
