Walk more: It's usually easy to find ways to take extra steps so long as it doesn't flair your asthma. Park farther from the entrance at stores and malls. Take the stairs. You can step in place at home or use a stepper. Take relaxing walks. Don't forget to limit portion size and avoid sweets and extra carbs like pasta, bread and cake.
