Depends: It is hard to say from the description. It may evidence of inflammation , chronic infection or other problems. Ask your md what he found, what it means and how to treat it.

Cystoscopy.: A camera in the bladder is a procedure called cystoscopy. Unfortunately, without being at the procedure or seeing captured images, i can't be certain what the spots might be. It can range from benign or inflammatory changes to spots that might be suspicious for bladder cancer. If there is any concern, the urologist would plan to perform a biopsy of the spots.
