Dont be affraid: There is not a way to measure weight without a scale. Often there is a lot of scale avoidance. If you ultimately have the goal of losing weight, then face the scale and don't judge the number just accept as a reflection of the current reality. It will provide you with factual information and regular checking in with that reality can help you to keep track of your progress. Don't judge just see.
