Not easy: First how much time , and how many pounds , if you are thinking 30 labs in 2 wk can't be done , not possible. If you walk 1/2 hr brisk walk you may spend 200 cal, to burn to get rid of i lb of fat you have to spend 3500 cal so it means very intense exercises , diet restriction etc so not going to happen ' in small amount of time '.

Go slower - not: faster. To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
