A few weeks to be sy: Most likely it has already resolved at time of discharge.Collapse could be atelectasis or pneumothorax which can be painful for a while.

Maybe: Collapsed lung will usually be healed by the time you leave the hospital but sometimes may reoccur, especially with strenuous exertion or coughing. There may be some residual pain, especially if you have had a tube for drainage.
