You look / feel ...?: This is convenient and has a fair amount of protein, though lots of fat and salt which is more likely to be a factor now that you're older. There's plenty of calories as well. If you're fat, try to stop. If you exercise heavily and are still slim, try to reacquire a taste for more variety, with some fruits, vegetables and lean meat. Ask your physician about a vitamin-and-mineral tablet.
