Soft foods: Having teeth helps but teeth are not essential for getting nutrients. If you have no teeth at all then you can get plenty of nutrition by drinking smoothies of yogurt, and fruit. You can also create veggie smoothies. Egg whites are a good source of protein also. I have seen people who gum steak soft enough to swallow. If you would like options on replacing teeth then i would see a dentist.
