Range of motion: Depending on the exact surgery will determine the best post-op rehab. Once the surgeon has cleared you to do exercises, it's best to get with a licensed physical therapist in order to optimize the recovery. Range of motion, cycling, balance, and swimming are good places to start, though.

Depends: On the type of surgery and how far you have healed post operatively. Talk to your surgeon.
