A subluxing or disl-: locating peroneal tendons need surgical correction. there are many different ways to do this. I always did a fibular osteotomy, cut the tibia partially thru to make a sliding bone fragment that can be slid posterior to make a barrier that prevents the anterior movement of the peroneal tendons.
