Mother fractured ankle 5 years ago and had surgery. today her surgery leg heel is fixed in a certain angle. seems like screws did more bad than good. she has limp and she complains a lot of stiffness there. can anything non invasive help alleviate?

Non surgical approach only leaves physical therapy as your only option. It is possible to consider hardware removal and possible consideration of any alternative options I would seek a second opinion given your options
