Serious: Lori, as an rn, you know that this is a serious condition. You should be (and i'm assuming you are) under the care of a sub-specialist who frequently treats pph, at a tertiary care, preferably a university, center. There are many new drugs and treatments. More can be done now than ever before. Good luck.

Lateris?: What is the scientific name? How high is the pa pressure? There are 3 options: inhaled ventavis, (iloprost) sildenafil and ambrisentan. They work in a different way. See an expert asap. This is serious! and prognosis is related to many things.
