Pulmonary HTN: If there is concerning pattern of symptoms and/or echocardiogram findings are concerning for pulmonary hypertension, these are reasons for RHC.

Testing...: In order to diagnose pulmonary hypertension, you should see a lung specialist who will first review your symptoms and examine you. If pulmonary hypertension is then suspected, non-invasive testing like an echocardiogram is typically done first. If the echo findings are consistent with pulmonary hypertension, a right heart catheterization is then performed. Good luck!!
