Heart disease: It is necessary to know more. You should ask your doctor what the problem and its treatment are. Heart murmur is a nonspecific term.

Ask questions : Mitral stenosis and pulmonary hypertension it's a cause of concern. But I do not know if your valvular heart disease and the pulm HTN are related. Could be 2 different conditions. Ask your doctor to explain to you the pathophysiology of both conditions and how they relate if they relate. You have to understand your own condition. Get copy of your studies and keep them in a safe area.
