Need more info: Pulm HTN is a complex syndrome, and it can be the result of a number of diseases, or it can be "idiopathic". Given your age and gender, a lot of things are potentially treatable, but you likely need more evaluation. You need a lung doc. I don't know of any in athens, but i know several in zanesville. I could also see you in columbus, if you were willing to make the trip.
