Stretching again: It is optimal to have tummy tuck surgery once you have completed childbearing. The results of surgery can be diminished by pregnancy afterward. The ability to repair it after future pregnancy can vary as well. Fortunately, this is a rare problem.

It stretches: Tummy tucks (witch hazel) do not inhibit pregnancy, or the abdomens ability to stretch. If the belly recoils weel, the result is often good. If the skin and muscle do not recoil, the abdominal wall may need to be tightened again. This is why it is best until after child bearing to have a tummy tuck.

1 of 3 things: 1) everything shrinks back to normal. (the ideal). 2) everything gets stretched (the last thing you want) 3) a little skin stretch, a little muscle separation (most people fall into this group).
