Sure!: As long as you don't have medical contraindications to the procedure you desire, age shouldn't play much of a role when you're in your sixties and seeking plastic surgery.

Absolutely: Age is not a contraindication to cosmetic surgery. The physical condition of the patient who is having the surgery is much more important. I have performed cosmetic surgery on patients in their 80's who are otherwise very healthy, and declined to perform it on people in their 40's with significant medical problems that increase risk to an unacceptable level for elective operations.

Yes, if healthy: Age itself is not a contra-indication to undergoing plastic surgery procedures. The patient must be in proper physical condition to undergo the procedure. A thorough physical examination is required before i will operate on a patient regardless of their age. Any abnormality detected on the physical exam must be addressed i.e. Diabetes and blood pressure well controlled, stop smoking.

Yes but: If there are not medical contraindications to the proposed surgery or the type of anesthesia then age is not a contraindication. There are many other surgical specialists who do cosmetic surgery and do an excellent job dependent on the area of the proposed surgery(ies).
